Shipping Policy

IN STORE PICKUP
Free on all orders

All online orders placed at oakvillepaint.ca are available for free in-store pickup. Our store, located at the corner of Dundas St and Trafalgar Rd in Oakville, Ontario, Canada, is open seven days a week. Once your order is ready, you will receive an email confirmation, indicating that it's time to pick up your items.

LOCAL DELIVERY (OAKVILLE, MISSISSAUGA, BURLINGTON)
$15 per order or free delivery on orders over $150

Orders placed before 12 PM on Monday through Friday will be eligible for same-day delivery; otherwise, they will be delivered on the next business day before the end of the day.

CANADA POST (ONTARIO)
$25 minimum shipping + additional shipping on large orders

Orders placed outside our local delivery areas will incur parcel shipping fees via Canada Post. A $25 charge will be applied at checkout. If shipping fees exceed this amount based on your order, a member of our staff will contact you directly to arrange payment. Upon shipment, you will receive a Canada Post Tracking Number to stay updated on your delivery status.

CANADA POST (NATIONWIDE)
$50 minimum shipping + additional shipping on large orders

Orders placed outside of Ontario are not eligible for paint delivery and will incur parcel shipping fees via Canada Post. A $50 charge will be applied at checkout. If shipping fees exceed this amount based on your order, a member of our staff will contact you directly to arrange payment. Upon shipment, you will receive a Canada Post Tracking Number to stay updated on the status of your delivery.
