How do I order custom window shutters?
All orders start with a customer connecting with our trained staff at Oakville Paint. We ask various questions to understand what kind of window coverings you are looking for.
We then walk you through configuration and colour/fabric choices. We can send quotes for multiple scenarios so you can choose which options works best. Once you have made a decision, we work with you to schedule a Alta Window Fashions technician to come to your home and do a Check Measure of each window to ensure proper fit and function. These confirmed measurements are then sent to the factory for the window coverings to be made.
When the order is ready they can be installed by Alta Window Fashion’s trained technicians or done by a customer themselves with provided instructions.
